What do I need to get started?

Either a floor plan image of your home (a hand-drawn sketch works) or a few minutes to answer our guided questionnaire. If you upload a floor plan, you will also set the compass direction and mark your main entrance on an interactive overlay.

The floor plan upload failed. What formats are supported?

We support JPEG, PNG, and WebP images up to 10 MB. For best results, use a clear, well-lit photo or scan of your floor plan. Hand-drawn sketches work well as long as room boundaries are clearly visible.

My payment was charged but the report still shows as locked.

This is rare and usually resolves within a few minutes as payment confirmation propagates. Try refreshing your report page. If the premium report still shows as locked after 10 minutes, email support@sphelios.com with your order confirmation.
