By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using Self Healing Homes (“the Service”), you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Sphelios provides an AI-powered home analysis platform that combines traditional architectural wisdom (Vastu Shastra, Feng Shui, Sacred Geometry, Biophilic Design, Environmental Psychology, and Baubiologie) with modern scientific insights to offer home wellness recommendations.
Important disclaimer: Our analysis is based on traditional wisdom and general scientific principles. It does not constitute professional architectural, structural, engineering, or medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making any structural changes to your home. KloudGentic B.V. accepts no liability for decisions made based solely on our analysis.
All prices are displayed in USD with approximate INR equivalents. Actual charges may vary slightly based on real-time currency conversion rates applied by Stripe.
30-day satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a paid analysis report, contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@sphelios.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Annual subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of an annual plan beyond the 30-day window.
Physical product orders may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition. Contact us to initiate a return.
Our content: All text, graphics, analysis frameworks, scoring methodologies, user interface designs, and brand assets on Sphelios are the property of KloudGentic B.V. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Your content: Floor plans, images, and notes you upload remain your property. By uploading them, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store them for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell it to third parties.
Analysis reports: Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal use. You may share them privately (e.g. with a contractor) but may not resell or publish them commercially.
Expert consultations and sacred ritual services are provided by independent practitioners listed on our platform. KloudGentic B.V. facilitates connections and payments but is not responsible for the advice or services provided by individual experts. We conduct basic verification of experts but do not endorse or guarantee any specific expert's advice. Disputes with experts should first be raised with us at support@sphelios.com.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. AI-generated analysis results are probabilistic in nature and may not be accurate in all cases. We make no guarantee that following our recommendations will produce any particular outcome in your home or life.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KloudGentic B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on our analysis. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law apply. For users in India, the Indian Contract Act and applicable consumer protection laws apply.
We hope to resolve any disputes amicably. If you have a concern, please first contact us at support@sphelios.com. We will make every effort to resolve issues within 14 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes may be escalated to the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you may close your account.
